Volunteers
We are always looking for regular volunteers to help with our driving sessions on Mondays and Thursdays. Knowledge of horses is not required as training will be given. We also need people with an interest in and knowledge about horses to help our feed team on one or two weekday mornings or evenings.
So if you have the time, energy and enthusiasm for helping and are not afraid of getting dirty, please contact us for further information.
We need help with practical activities, such as:
- Preparing for drives, harnessing up and moving carriages
- Helping with the drives, including cyclists to accompany the ponies and carriages
- Grooming the ponies and cleaning the harness
- Clearing the fields and stable management
- Fundraising
